Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
